In a style inspired by the original Lessons and Carols service from Truro Cathedral, Cornwall, the Chancel Choir and Youth Choir of Glenn will offer seasonal carols, interspersed with scripture readings, directed by Michael Dauterman and accompanied on organ and piano by Käthe Wright Kaufman. The service features the world premiere of British composer Helena Paish’s piece, “Creator of the Stars of Night,” as well as music by Britten, Carter, Demessieux, Hagenberg, Mathias, Tavener, and André Thomas.
